Compaq Presario V2625TN
Cool! After weeks of hunting the perfect specification ive been wanting inside a notebook, i finally got my first notebook in a HP store just last Friday, July 14, 2006. Its a Compaq Presario V2625TN with Intel Centrino Core Duo Processor and 512MB DDRAM2. I was amazed that the price dropped down from P89,950 to P74,950, a value considering the specifications. Added to that, i also got a SM gift certificate worth P2500 and a chance to win a BMW 1 Series car in a raffle draw this coming month (i pray that i do win coz the car is so damn cool!!). Here is my notebook’s specification:

For days of use, aside from the slight heating problem on the left side of the notebook, all i can say is that i am quite satisfied with this notebook’s performance and will upgrade it by adding another 1GB of DDRAM next week. I already ordered one at a HP store in Glorietta and expect it to be available within the week. Hope this adds boost to the V2625’s already kick-ass performance.
